WINTER SEASONAL PITCHES
NOW OPEN FOR BOOKING 2026-2027
We are very excited to announce that we are doing winter seasonal pitches this year. Starting from Friday 13th November 2026 until Sunday 28st February 2027. Each pitch has its own number which you can seen on our winter seasonal site plan. The shower and toilet blocks will be closed however we have 2 chemical emptying points and all pitches are fully serviced hard standing. We are also providing waste bins including general waste, bottle bin and mixed recycling.
Pitches are priced at a flat rate of £600 for the duration, 15 weeks working out at less than £6 per night.
We charge a £300 non-refundable deposit upon booking then the remaining £300 will be charged on arrival either card or cash.
You are welcome to use your caravan as much as you'd like and there are no restrictions on when you can come or go.
All electric is metered and will be invoiced monthly through email. It will be charged at 40p unit. It is a 16amp supply.
All electric and water must be unplugged when you are not staying in the caravan in case of a burst pip or electric fault.
Our site boasts high security, CCTV, free WIFI, hard standing and well maintained pitches. Our securely fenced dog walking field remains open.
In the event of very cold weather, we will ensure that a tap is available for the use of the site. We will also aim to keep the access clear of any snow and ice.
