Crowtrees Caravan Site Terms and conditions

  1. If you need to cancel or amend your booking, please give as much notice as possible.

  2. Bookings are nominative and not transferable between persons/parties and dates.

  3. We can move bookings ONCE only if 7 days notice prior to the arrival date is given. Less than 7 days notice, your deposit is not refundable/transferable.

  4. Please note that payments are non-refundable. It is advisable to purchase holiday insurance in the event that you may wish to recover any monies paid in the event of cancellation due to illness or bereavement.

  5. No refunds/discounts are due for inclement weather, late arrival or early departure.

  6. We reserve the right to refuse admissions to the site and ask people to leave if site rules are broken.

  7. For bookings onto the CL, Caravan and Motorhome club membership numbers must be provided when booking and membership card must be shown on arrival, this is not applicable for main site or grass pitch bookings.

  8. Do not feed the horses or any of our animals

  9. Do not drive on the grass unless instructed to

  10. Please be considerate to other site users after 10:30pm

  11. Keep dogs on leads at all times, unless in the dog exercise area.

  12. Keep children under close supervision at all times.

Privacy Policy

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) came in to force May 2018. This legislation replaces existing data protection laws and governs how companies collect, hold and use people’s personal data.

Crowtrees Caravan Site is committed to GDPR compliance and strengthening the security and protection of its customers and employees data.

Crowtrees Caravan Site therefore abides by the following customer data safeguarding principles:-

  • Only data specifically necessary for the supply of services and accommodation to customers will be collected and stored, Including Billing Address, Email Address, Credit Card Information

  • In addition we also collect information on your IP address, browser type, and Refer URL data. We use this data to prevent hacking attempts, help us know what web browsers people are using, and find out where our visitors are coming from so that we can improve our marketing.

  • Customer data is only stored electronically within our premises centralised system and backup disks. These can only be accessed by Directors and Senior Staff

  • Online, only your order data billing and booking data is stored on our server. This information is encrypted using a Secure Sockets Layer before it is transmitted over a web server. We do not store your Credit Card data.

  • Any printed documentation that includes customer data is stored at our premises under lock and key. The only key holders are Directors and Senior Members of Staff.

  • All printer documentation is shredded at time of disposal.

  • CCTV camera recordings at our premises will not be kept longer than is necessary for the maintenance of good security

  • Our customers have a permanent right to request that all data be erased at any time. If you wish to be erased from our systems, please contact our Data Protection Officer.

We only use customer data in processing the fulfilment of customer orders, and optional communication of occasional commercial news and offers. We do NOT sell or distribute our customer data to any third party for marketing purposes.

Cookies are small files that reside on your computer and allow us to recognize you on your next visit or store your shopping cart contents. We use them only to track this information.

We expect all of our suppliers to have GDPR procedures in place and encourage customers to familiarise themselves with GDPR.

All our staff are familiar with the importance of GDPR and their personal responsibilities to protecting customer data.
