Welcome to Crowtrees Caravan Site, we are situated on the edge of the Peak District National Park in the Staffordshire village of Waterhouses, in between the historic towns of Ashbourne and Leek, near to Alton Towers, surrounded by beautiful countryside, impressive hills and delightful dales.

Unfortunately, due to significantly increasing electricity costs, we have had to slightly increase our prices for 2024 to £25 per night. We regret doing this but as you can imagine, our electricity bill has nearly doubled since our last price increase.
When booking, please provide your vehicle or motorhome registration number as this will activate the barrier when you arrive. We will then greet you at the second BARRIER to provide the code to enter the site.
